The chairs are ok. They squeak a lot and we were sent 2 different styles out of 9 chairs. The arms are different.
You purchased two models of chairs, so the shapes of the chairs are also different. If it squeaks, I suggest you check whether the screws of the pump and the base are tightened first, and then check whether the screws of the pump and the seat are tightened. If these two screws are tightened, the chair is stable and there will be no noise.

If the chair is wobbling, first check if the screws at the bottom of the seat cushion that connects to the pump are tight. Second, check if the screws at the pump and the base are tight.

Man I love the chair. The features of it are great, instructions were easy to follow for the build even while I was sick as a dog! My clients love it! They always be ready to fall asleep every cut and it’s beautiful. Fits beautifully in my establishment. 10/10 overall!
