Warranty Policy

At OmySalon, we care deeply about both the quality of our products and your experience using them. Every item is designed and tested to meet professional salon standards, and we stand behind our craftsmanship with a clear and reliable warranty.

Warranty Coverage
All OmySalon products are covered by a 365-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
If your product fails under normal use due to a manufacturing defect (such as defects in materials or workmanship), we will repair or replace the defective product or part with an equivalent one at our discretion.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, improper installation or maintenance, unauthorized repair or modification, design preferences, negligence, or mishandling, any chipping, fading, staining, peeling, or any acts of nature, such as lightning or power surge damage, fire, water damage, freeze, etc.

Professional Installation
To ensure product safety and performance, we strongly recommend professional installation, especially for shampoo chairs and backwash units involving plumbing connections. Warranty claims resulting from incorrect or non-professional installation will not be covered.

Warranty Service Procedure
If you experience an issue during the warranty period, please contact us at support@omysalon.com.
Provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the defect.
Visual evidence is required for us to evaluate and process your warranty claim. Once verified, we will determine whether a replacement or repair is appropriate. Claims without adequate documentation may not be accepted.

Replacement Parts & Shipping
Some replacement parts may need to be shipped directly from our factory in China, which may take approximately 15-20 business days to arrive.
Please note that replacement parts do not restart or extend the original warranty period.

Limitations of Liability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. OmySalon's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as stated above.
