Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we offer free shipping within the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam). All orders are shipped out via UPS, USPS, FedEx, On Track, or Lasership.

TIP: We do not ship to FPO, APO and P.O. Box addresses.

Yes, we support international orders. If you are interested in placing an international order, please email us at support@omysalon.com to confirm more details.

All in-stock items are usually processed and shipped within 1~2 business days. Usually, they will be delivered within 5~7 business days.

If you still haven't received the package after a long time, please contact us.

Products & Discounts

Our online web only sell brand new salon equipment. If you need cheap used products, it's recommended that you contact our sales representative.

We offer different discounts for customers who buy multiple pieces. If you need to buy large quantities of products, please contact our customer service who will give you a corresponding discount.

Payment

Currently, we only accept purchases via Paypal. More payment methods will be added soon.

Orders

After placing an order, we will try our best to accommodate any changes that you need to make to your original order before shipment. You only need to send an email to our customer service team. Please include your order number and a brief description regarding the changes.

However, if the order has been shipped, changes can't be made anymore.

We provide three options for you to track your order:

1. You can log in to your account to see the shipping information of this order;

2. We will send you an email with a tracking number after delivery, you can click the link to check the logistics information;

3. You can get the tracking number by contacting us via email (please include your order number).
