The chair doesn't appear to be stable. We had another older chair and although it was old it was very stern. This one feels as if you are going to fall back if you push back to hard. I guess you get what you pay for.
I still have yet to receive a refund or all the parts to my chair. Customer service only replies once a day at inconvenient times.

Very heavy duty chair, good quality. The instructions were not very clear, so it took a few hours to put together. The seat was a little difficult to put on, but the product itself is a good quality. End result was nice, just needs a lot of patience to put together.
Great chair! Super comfortable. But a bit wobbly. Think its probably something to do with the way the hydraulics sit on the base. Idk if there is a way to fix but if anyone that has this chair has any recommendations that would be great! Overall great chair.
I love it.... my clients love it!!!! Very sturdy, comfortable, and the texture is very appealing to the eyes. You do have to be able to manipulate the instructions quit a bit. They aren't as clear as they should be. Took me about 45 mins to put together.
